Army Medical College, Bogra (AMCB) started its journey on 28th September 2014 after getting necessary approval from Govt. In a time span of 3 and ½ months, the current infrastructural development was completed and the inauguration ceremony was held on 10th January 2015 along with other four Army Medical Colleges and started the academic year 2014-2015 with the active inspiration of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh. Hasina, the then Bangladesh Army Chief of Staff General Iqbal Karim Bhuiyan, Major General AKM Abdullahil Baquee, ndu, psc, Area Commander Bogra Area, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Army Medical College Bogra and all the doctors and staff working at Army Medical College Bogra. On January 11, 2015, the school started the 2014-2015 academic year with 50 students.
Army Medical College Bogra is a private medical college under the control of the Bangladesh Army and is governed by a governing body duly constituted by a representative of the Bangladesh Army, a representative of the Ministry of Health and Family Affairs, a representative of the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and local members in the Health Department of the Government of Bangladesh.

Foreign Students Admission Requirement For Army Medical College Bogura
For Army Medical College Bogura entrance exam 2023 – 24, the candidate should be 17 years of age or more as of on July month of the ongoing year.The Army Medical College Bogura admissions are dependent on entrance exams, which are mainly merit based wherein the aspiring candidates are required to secure at least 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology in their 10+2 examinations. Students are also eligible for direct admission seats if they secured 50% marks in all subjects.
